Holy crap… the local beef jerky place made some limited run “7 alarm” jerky for half price.

Ingredients: Beef, Brown Sugar, Water, Celery Juice Powder, Vinegar, Spices, Jalapeno, Habenero, Scorpion Pepper, Ghost Pepper, Carolina Reaper Pepper, Salt, Lemon Juice.

Hot doesn’t begin to describe the burn - it’s muted and slow to gain, but like 3 minutes in you wish you could cut your tongue off.

So glad I only bought a few pounds of it.

I know that many of you had really high expecations for us. We’re like that dad in your group of friends who will never be the “cool” dad. We don’t drive a flashy car or wear expensive suits. We’re not really a company that is big on crazy blow out sales. We probably never will be. We’re pretty practical and restrained when it comes to our sales. Maybe that makes us a bit “boring” at times. But, like a lot of “boring” dads, we try our best to be predictable and reliable day in and day out. We won’t forget to pick you up from soccer practice. And that, in a way, is what you really want in a dad in the end. Right…? Anyway, that’s how I think of us. (Sorry if my anology is weird or went a bit off the rails.) --Katie

Alternative winners will also be selected so that if a giveaway recipient doesn’t wish to claim their prize, it’ll go to the next person in the list. Prizes can be swapped between winners if they both agree prior to reaching out to the providers (let’s try and keep the strain on providers to a minimum here and not turn it into a chaotic swap meet).
