Technical Support:
- Push button reboots are provided for no charge.
- Faulty hardware replacement is included on dedicated servers.
- Dedicated servers are unmanaged. However, our technicians are available 24x7 to assist with simple, non-recurring requests (generally 15 minutes or less per request). Recurring or more involved requests may qualify as advanced technical support, which is available for $100 per hour.
