Hey Maximilian, I noticed a few things:

  • the server provisioning mail holds a link and shows login data for solus vm, which won’t work - the service is managed in virtualizor as you mentioned, therefore this is quite misleading :wink:
  • the link to virtualizor from the control panel goes to an IP instead of the domain-name hence clients get a ssl certificate warning, you might want to adjust that.
  • the IP I got from your subnet 79.x locates to UK (iplocation.net) or even Bulgaria (utrace.de), are you able to fix that or have alternative IPs to switch to, which properly geolocate to NL?
  • the IP is on a few minor blacklists like abusix, sorbs, spfbl … this partially might be due to no default rdns entry set, however - are you keeping track of that and trying to clean it up more? :wink:

Yes, noticed as well it was sending out the VPS Welcome emails for the SolusVM based VPS we have in London. Fixed just few hours before your post. Other clients where saying the same.
Will check the 79xx range.
It was Announced in Bulgaria and London before hence why some databases are showing old data.
If it REALLY matters for you i can switch IP to one of our other Ranges. Just contact us :slight_smile:

Next week setting up finally some additional VPS Nodes again since a few months :smile:

Good idea! Lets do it.
I could make it a Virtualizor cloud account, make some mathematics, so we stack up both VPS into one resource pool and you can create up to* two VPS as per your needs.

What about that?

*as long you have enough resources and dont use up ALL for one.

Shortly putting the additional VPS Nodes online. The current ones will be “locked” in Virtualizor, so WHMCS can not setup new Orders there. No new neighbours for you :slight_smile:

Should you require anything bigger like a Dedicated/Bare-Metal box in future, dont hestitate to contact us. We host hundreds of Dedicated Servers for customers projects. I have HPE Gen8 and Gen9 in stock.
