In short, their stance is:They encourage clients to use external monitoring services but not to beleive the services when they actually notify of an issue. When they do, clients should dismiss cause its for sure a false positive.
I’m pretty sure the problem is that the server is not being able to handle all the accounts, so the services lags, and sometimes get unresponsive.
