Virus/Exploit Scanner for cPanel Server

I have a cPanel server hacked twice. I need a tool to scan the accounts and find the malicious scripts.

I’m using ClamAV but it’s useless most of the time, and CSF is installed and working fine.

Tested imunify360 a while ago, made a good job detecting scripts. Another one I’ve seen is CXS. Do you know another one? Which one you think is the best for a beginner?

Do you manage the sites or are they client managed?

ImunifyAV can selectively clean malware from scripts and CloudLinux team is a big help. Does good job detecting malware. Has client side interface as well. So definitely that.

Without imunify360, it doesn’t automatically scan new files which CXS offers so that’s a downside.
