Kinda sux. No refund either?
To clarify, LG took the monitor to repair it and so it should be fully functional now. I’ve emailed LG to let them know that there’s still an issue.
I have a feeling they are going to say it passed their QA tests and it must be an issue with your hardware. Hopefully they are willing to take it back and give you a refund.
Worst case, the seller is happy to provide a refund. On the bright side, I now have a box to send the monitor back to the seller in if LG decide that they’ve done all that they can do
