I think with Dreamhost you can assign privileges to other users for certain things on your account, which might make reselling work. As far as shared hosting companies go, they’ve earned my trust and respect repeatedly.

Yeah, they have a unique panel. I’m not sure it would fit everyone’s reseller needs but certainly would work for someone. They explain a bit here:
