WHMCS Automated FTP

Is there a module that supports automation of ftp accounts with predefined permissions?
Or maybe i should go with cpanel and disable everythinf else like jarland disabled for mxroute.

Any suggestions?

There is a well known (I think free) radius module for WHMCS.

ProFTPD for example can use mod_radius, perhaps that would be the best way to go about it?

If it helps its common use is for hosts to offer and automate openvpn accounts.
