Indeed, PHP 5.6 → 7.2 options, and remote SFTP backups built-in is quite nice.
Definitely understand that now. However, depending on how well it holds up, it might fit the job for some work stuff. Things where I need a GUI and PHPMyAdmin for other team members and I can carve out a nice big VM on an E5 box.

there is also ISPConfig https://www.ispconfig.org/ which is even more sophisticated, but also offers more choices during the install process on what modules and stack you really want or need…
