While searching for Vietnamese VPS (for my clients) what I have found that many VN hosts just sell US based VPS. The number of VN VPS providers is still kind of rare and there are just a couple of players in their market.
Anyways, I’ll list them few in coming days.

Can you add something from Kosova?

I found http://kosovashells.com from there. It seems legit. But never tried or verified, I am new and still looking.

I tried contacting them to check if they really provide VPS/servers in Kosovo but no success. Will go after them again this weekend.

Nope, they don’t. Their homepage says they only do VPS in FR,DE,BE. So, there is no VPS in Kosova at all. I also tried to know but they don’t get back to me only.

Now, I am trying to figure out if they provide web hosting there or not. If not then it is just a company from Kosova trying to resell stuff.
