DynBox 5 year anniversary gives you 50% OFF RECURRING on ANY of their servers. Since the bigger servers can’t compete with Hetzner price wise I still wouldn’t use them, but if you need a small IPv4 VPS for 8,48€/year (select quarterly payment and apply code “flashsale” during checkout = 2,12€/quarter) go for it

I once did a benchmark on the same VPS: https://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/115774/dyn-box-de-lxc-green-1-50-mo

They are a pretty decent company. Things are smooth then again, I am not trying to burn their servers.
PS. Saw Hamburg, now I want hamburger. Yay me.

2GB KVM for 1,33 per month => https://irie-server.de/cp/cart.php?gid=15

It tells me I can’t use the “flashsale” code on the special VPS you posted.

It seems that 1GB swap is in fact 512MB, not exactly as advertised.

Do you need to have a German address to sign up? Can’t change the country to anything else than Germany.

Ah ok, damn wanted to give it a go. I’m from a neighboring country and understand German. Best to change the OP then.

If you’re in Poland, just try using your current street address.

You can still sign up as a “german”. They are neither obliged nor enforcing this. My guess is that they stick to german only clients to be able to operate as Kleinunternehmer and avoid the fun with international taxes^^

Just mark yourself as a “Tanned” German, and you’re good.
